Job Description:
We are seeking talented and creative Carpentry Designers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Auto Cad systems and will possess a keen eye for design aesthetics. As a Graphics Designer at New Flair People, you will have the opportunity to work on high-end residential and commercial projects where creativity is not just valued but encouraged.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and vision for their interior space.
Utilize Auto Cad software to create detailed and visually appealing carpentry designs.
Develop innovative and functional carpentry room layouts that optimize space and workflow.
Select and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and appliances that align with the client's style and budget.
Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on feedback.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of designs.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and products in Carpentry design.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Auto Cad or similar design software.
Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Prior experience working on residential projects is preferred.
Experience in sales and a a great personality. Well presented individual.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
