Your new company
I am currently recruiting for a leading and growing business, with multiple offices across the East Midlands. They work across a wealth of sectors, including commercial, education and residential. They have been operating for over 50 years, and are continuing to grow their business.
Your new role
They are recruiting a Building Surveyor to be based one of their East Midlands offices. You will work with condition surveys and reports, as well as some dilapidations and project work. You will work for a forward-thinking team that are keen to progress their staff.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have building surveying experience, ideally with condition survey reports, as well as being keen to work for a leading Midlands business. For the more senior level roles, they are keen to appoint someone that is chartered.
