Our client near Newquay, award-winning Spa, Café, Bar and Bistro with function facilities are looking to appoint a Sous for their busy Café.
Our client’s establishment is well known for its fresh seasonal food. The establishment promotes a full seasonal lunch and dinner menu. This café that promotes fantastic sea view produces high volumes of food throughout the summer and supporting the locals throughout the winter months.
As Sous you will:
• Have experience of working in professional kitchens at same level
• Be able to do deal with high pressure situations and deliver outstanding food
• Have ability of running your own section while supporting junior team
• Cook to a consistently high level
• Help and support all members of the kitchen team
• Be organise
• Take control od the kitchen in head chef absence
This is a permanent position and we are ideally looking for candidates who would be available to start Immediately.
This role will involve a mix of straight and split shifts.
