TeacherActive is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher for an established school in Halton. We are looking for a Science Teacher who can develop engaging and innovative lesson plans, demonstrate excellent teaching techniques, and have strong behaviour management skills.
The role will involve planning and evaluating under the supervision of the Head of Department. The successful Science Teacher may also be required to provide individual plans for Learning Support Assistants to follow when working on a 1:1 basis with SEND students.
The successful Science teacher needs to have:
• QTS with a Science specialism
• Experience teaching Maths up to KS4 / Key Stage 4
• A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
• A DBS on the update service
