Summary

Supertemps are working with an established, award-winning manufacturer. The company is recruiting for a full time Office Assistant to join their expanding site based near Pwllheli.

As the Office Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the telephone and directing calls/enquiries as appropriate
  • Checking delivery costings and query incorrect charges with suppliers
  • Taking and processing customer orders
  • Dealing with email orders and enquiries, ensuring that responses are given or referring to team members to respond as appropriate
  • Ensure that all office filing systems and traceability information is maintained and updated when necessary
  • Generate delivery paperwork and book transport (using web based systems) for outgoing deliveries
  • Be aware of, understand, and adhere to health and safety regulations and food safety requirements
  • Attend any training as identified by the Company
  • Perform any other tasks as necessary and as directed by your Supervisor, or any member of the management

    We are keen to see your CV if you have the following:

    • Previous experience of working in an office environment (desirable)
    • Possess excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills
    • Friendly and approachable
    • Detail orientated but able to prioritise and work to deadlines
    • Ability to drive and own vehicle due to location

      In exchange you will receive a competitive salary up to £23,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. This is a full time, temporary role that could go permanent for the right candidate working 36.75 hours a week, working hours will be Monday - Thursday 8am – 4.15pm and Friday 8am – 3.30pm.
