Summary

Introduction
I am a 22-year-old woman who has epilepsy and complex learning difficulties. My epilepsy means I can’t go anywhere alone but I love being able to go out and about. You will be dropping me off and picking me up from UET two days per week. I need someone to take me to the hydrotherapy pool, to hospital appointments and especially taking me shopping.

Duties
Drive client to social group. Assist client in the community and help them to engage in their chosen activities. Support with aspects of personal care.

Hours: 10 hours per wee

Rate: £14.40 per hour

Essential Requirements
Clear DBS check, if required by employer. Clean driving licence/car driver. Experience with medication or epilepsy or a willingness to learn to provide above support.
