Summary

Cleaning Supervisor - Healthcare



Salary: £12.56 per hour Monday to Friday, £18.84 per hour on Saturday and £25.12 per hour on Sunday.

Working Hours: Permanent, Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Various Shifts)

Location: Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich, NR7 0HT.



About the role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team as part of our contract with the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. You will be based at Hellesdon Hospital, Norfolk, Norwich.



Within the Mental Health unit in low and medium secure environments, you will be responsible for the planning, supervision and control of the day-to-day Housekeeping and Healthcare Cleaning Services, ensuring that service delivery meets with the required service standards within designated areas of control within the Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.





THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Essential Criteria



We are looking for individuals who have experience of supervising/organising a team, are reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and have good communication skills to join our established team.

Experience of working or volunteering in a Mental Health environment would be an advantage.
