Summary

TP Tutors require an English tutor to work 1:1 with a student currently residing in a care home for 2 hours per week in Darlington, to start ASAP.

The role:
- Working 1:1 in the care home
- Planning engaging sessions with the support of the school
- Track pupil progress and complete sessional reports
- Be undertsanding and aware of the pupils SEN/SEMH needs

The requirements:
- QTS is preferred, but we will consider someone with substantial tutoring experience
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes.
- Enhanced child workforce only DBS on the DBS update service (support in obtaining one can be provided).
- Professional references from your two most recent employers - totalling 2 years from a 10 year career history.

To be successful in your application, you must be able to provide evidence of this as skills and experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
