Summary
Client is a 40-year-old female, who lives in a supported living in Keighley.
8 hours of support per week, to support Client on a 2:1 basis to access the community (either two 4-hour shifts per week or one 8-hour shift per week).
An additional PA is required to support Client with existing worker to access an activity such as swimming.
Support would likely be on either Tues, Weds or Friday.
Experience/training of working with adults with Autism, is preferred.
Client has her own mobility car, driving licence is a required to facilitate the community access.
