Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team of Technical Support Facilitators within our Construction faculty. This faculty has seen significant growth in recent years and this is set to continue into the next academic year. This professional and dynamic faculty achieves excellent success rates and is looking to develop the support it offers students and teaching staff.

The role focuses on supporting the teaching, learning and assessment activities that take place within the workshop to include preparation of materials for use, maintaining and developing a safe and stimulating learning environment, issuing and ordering of tools and equipment and manufacturing of products to support assessment.

We offer courses to students that range from basic to advanced levels and support is required to meet the needs of these learners. Students are given the opportunity to learn a range of practical skills supported by in-depth under pinning knowledge of the subject. Ideal candidates will have significant industry skills and experience, have a good worth ethic and be a reliable and positive team member. We will also support any progression for those who wish to advance into a career in teaching. If you have experience of working within a Plumbing & Electrical team and the drive and passion to deliver outstanding support to learners, then we would like to hear from you.
