Summary
We are looking for experienced Support Workers to work in Wolverhampton.
As a Support Worker you will work with the people that we support to enable them to live full lives, the way they want. Moving and Handling practical training is a mandatory requirement for this role. Benefits includes training Academy - NVQs in Healthcare, Refer a Friend Scheme and Flexible working patterns
The key responsibilities of our Support Worker include:
Providing compassionate and innovative support to the people we work with
Contributing to the completion of support plans and risk assessments
Promoting independence and life skills
Participating in activities taking place
Encouraging the people we support to make their own choices.
Other duties associated with the role
You will need to be flexible in assisting with other staff members areas as and when required, to provide cover for colleagues during absences.
