Summary

SEN Education Support Workers

Tick Education are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Education Support Workers in Northampton. We are looking for university leavers to school volunteers with SEN experience who are passionate about education and working with children to join our team.

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS Certificate:
Candidates must possess an up-to-date Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate. If you don't have one, we can assist you in obtaining it.

- 3 months' experience within SEN Education or working with children:
This experience can include tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or relevant work placements.

- Availability: Candidates must be available to work from 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday. If you have one to five days free a week.


Responsibilities:
- Provide SEN support to teachers and students in the classroom environment.
- Assist with the implementation of educational activities and lesson plans.
- Support students' learning and academic progress.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to meet the individual needs of students.
- Contribute to the overall welfare and development of students.
