Summary

Payroll Specialist
Now is an exciting time to join our team here at Fresenius Medical Care. Due to addition in the team we are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our fast-paced team on a fixed-term basis.

As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 6-month fixed term, full-time role of 37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. This role will be a hybrid position, with requirements to attend our head office based in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.

What does the role involve?

You will:
• Process payroll accurately and on time for employees across multiple locations.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
• Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
• Provide expert advice on all payroll queries raised by employees, the business and third parties including PAYE, NIC, statutory benefits, pensions and BIK
• Support the business through changes that affect the payroll function.
• Deliver reporting requirements and information to key stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
