Summary

We operate a busy accounts office with 3 employees whom one of them (office manager) is now ready to retire.
Due to the nature of the role the applicant must have exceptional spoken and written English language skills
Office hours:
Mon - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
You will be required to provide Holiday cover for the early morning stock booking in and the start time for this is 05:45am (this is usually shared equally between the office staff)
If we have had a long processing day then the finish time may be up to 17:30pm

We are looking for a flexible, versatile person who has experience with SAGE50 accounts & payroll although you wouldn’t be using this system daily, but you would be required use it during staff holidays.
Primarily you would be:
First point of contact for Management requests
Self-billing invoices
Vehicle servicing schedules
Tacho downloads
Daily livestock paperwork filing
Livestock invoices
Ordering Fuel
Sending supplier / customer livestock weights .
Manage Office staff & holidays.
Communicate with suppliers & customers via email and telephone.
Money handling
Direct contact with customers for sales purposes.

Wage is negotiable dependant on experience
