Summary
Post Title: Customer Success Assistant (One Year Fixed Term with potential to become permanent)
Salary: £23,100.00 per annum
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am–4.00pm, on site.
Organisation: The Green Estate Community Interest Company
The Green Estate Community Interest Company has a mission to grow engaging, adaptive and resilient urban places in Sheffield, the UK and beyond. We are looking for someone to join our newly created Customer Success Team, which will support the customer journey from that first point of contact, to building relationships and converting leads into new business.
You will work with fantastic brands which sit within The Green Estate. Such as Pictorial Meadows seed and turf, which won the Pro Landscape Sustainability & Biodiversity award last year and Sheffield Manor Lodge which provides the opportunity for truly magical weddings and celebrations, as you can see from their Instagram.
Not only will you be able to take pride in the high-quality products you are promoting, you will know that all the sales are invested back into the company and our community. Whether this is through preservation of Manor’s heritage by ensuring the Turret House, where Mary Queen of Scot’s was interred, is preserved and accessible for the people of Sheffield, or through our Growing Communities team which offers opportunities to access and learn horticulture and food growing skills.
We can offer you a friendly and supportive working environment within a unique and diverse organisation. We are a growing business with a professional and focused team who are highly supportive of ongoing training and development. This role is based predominantly at our Sheffield site but may require occasional travel for events and promotion. Benefits include 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays), free parking and company events.
Closing date: 8.00am, Tuesday 30th April 2024.
An information pack has been prepared providing further details about our organisation, its vision for the future and the full job description and person specification for the role. This is available on our website https://greenestate.org.uk/people/jobs.
To apply please submit your cover letter and CV to recruitment@greenestate.org, giving examples of how you meet the essential criteria detailed in the person specification.
