Willow Wood Community Primary School is a happy, caring school where all children matter and everyone is supported to aspire, believe, challenge and achieve. We are currently looking to appoint two teaching assistants to work with children within our school with a focus on improving reading outcomes for all children across school.

We are therefore looking for someone who:

Has achieved or is working towards Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
Has experience of working with children across the primary phase
Have knowledge of the curriculum and child development
Have a determination to enhance the outcomes for our children
Liaise with teaching staff and record progress in different formats
Have an excellent standard of Reading and understand how to improve reading outcomes for children
Will ensure our children reach their full potential
Have the highest expectations of pupil behaviour
Have experience of delivering and tracking a range of interventions
Are willing to undertake relevant trainingandnbsp;
