Resourcer – Education Recruitment
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per year + Uncapped commission

This is a full time, permanent role, you’ll be working Monday – Friday. Please note this role is fully office based.

The role of a Recruitment Resourcer:
• Posting adverts to generate good responses
• Learn about the schools your consultant is working with, to assess what types of teachers they’re looking for
• Screening applicants on the phone
• Interviewing and registering candidates
• Selling to your candidates
• Assisting in filling vacancies
Key skills required:
• Drive, determination and motivation
• Working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Confident and resilient personality
• Strong communications skills with the ability to build rapport
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to build relationships
Working Hours
• Term time: 07:30am - finishing between 4:30-5:30pm
• Reduced hours during school holidays
