Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Tree and Landscape Officer to join our organization. As a Tree and Landscape Officer, you will play a crucial role in the care and maintenance of our natural surroundings, ensuring that our trees and landscapes are healthy, thriving, and well-preserved.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the condition of trees and landscapes, providing expert advice on their care and management, and overseeing the execution of various maintenance and landscaping projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry best practices and local regulations.

Responsibilities
Assess the condition of trees and landscapes within our organization's premises and identify any potential issues or risks.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the care, maintenance, and enhancement of trees and landscapes.
Provide expert advice on tree and landscape management practices to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with external contractors and service providers to execute tree maintenance and landscaping projects.
Monitor and evaluate the progress and outcomes of tree and landscape projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure the health, safety, and aesthetic appeal of trees and landscapes.
Coordinate and supervise the work of staff and contractors engaged in tree and landscape maintenance activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in tree and landscape management, with a strong understanding of arboriculture principles.
In-depth knowledge of local regulations and best practices related to tree preservation and landscape management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for tree and landscape management.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Pay Per Hour: £20.91
