Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CSW - Social Worker to join our team at the CIN of Support & Protection. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and protection to children and families in need. With a focus on the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals, you will work closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to develop comprehensive care plans. Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to identify the needs and risks of children and families
Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to create individualized care plans
Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients and adjust care plans as needed
Provide counseling and support to clients and their families
Coordinate and facilitate referrals to other community resources and services
Document all interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Advocate for clients and support their rights and well-being
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
Valid CSW certification/license
Proven experience in child protection and support services
Sound knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations
Strong assessment and counseling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.00
