Due to further continued growth we’re hiring again! No Letting Go Kings Lynn are looking for a further property clerk to help with our expansion in the area.

The role entails visiting rented residential properties to conduct both pre tenancy inventories and mid tenancy inspections, and post tenancy checkouts on behalf of our clients.
To cover: Boston, Grantham, Bourne & Surrounding areas
*your own reliable transport is essential*
A considerable amount of driving will be required for this role. Please take this into consideration before applying.
Whilst experience in lettings or estate agency is preferable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Initially part time but hours may increase due to the nature of the business.
