Summary

PERMANENT ROLE – Monday to Friday – potential earnings up to £43,225.13 per annum.

We are looking for committed and reliable Class 1 HIAB/Crane Driver’s, to join our Marley Ltd contract based out of Beenham RG7 5PU.

This is a permanent role paying basic salary £41,033.98 per annum with the following:

  • Start times between 05:00 – 06:00
  • Shift pattern - Monday to Friday
  • 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Nights out when required

Premiums:

  • £91.30 accident bonus monthly
  • £91.30 attendance bonus monthly
  • £27.00 – per Night out

Basic Salary - £41,033.98 per annum – Based on 48 hours a week

*Potential earnings - £43,225.13 per annum - Based on salary and both accident & attendance bonus retained yearly.

You will be required to deliver roof tiles and general concrete products to construction sites within the UK, working on multiple construction contracts driving an Artic or drawbar, operating a HIAB crane.

What we expect from our drivers:

  • You will be responsible for the accurate and timely movement and delivery of our customers’ products, servicing the Construction sector.
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately with attention to detail.
  • Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times.
  • Complying with all relevant legislation in line with Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive requirements.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Class 1/HGV1 licence
  • Must hold a valid driver CPC and Digi tacho card.
  • ALLMI accredited preferred, but not essential
  • Draw-Bar experience is an advantage
  • Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience preferred but will consider applications with less experience provided applicant can demonstrate there has been solid Class 2 experience.
  • A valid HIAB/Crane licence & recent experience is an advantage however we will accept applications from drivers who are looking to learn a new skill and undertake the required training to gain the ALLMI accreditation. NB. Training agreement will be incorporated.
  • Must be fully flexible on working hours.
  • Must have a good geographical knowledge.
