Are you looking for a challenge within the FM sector
CBW are currently recruiting for an immediate Receptionist to be based on a site located in Isle Of Dogs, London. It's an excellent opportunity to work for a building services company on a temporary basis, the successful candidate will be immediately available and be able to complete the dates and hours required.
Details/Hours of Work:
- Days required - 10 days
- Start Tuesday 16th April
- 9:00am to 17:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- £13.15 per hour
Essential Responsibilities:
- To welcome guests and visitors and ensure you offer a warm welcome
- Carrying out all necessary operations when guests arrive i.e. check-in / check out
- To be the first point of contact for all members and to deal with all situations in a courteous and professional manner in person and on the phone
- Respond to a wide range of members requirements and promote facilities
- Have operational knowledge of all front of house services and know-how to access these services to meet the members’ requirements
- Report all facilities and maintenance issues to the helpdesk
Essential Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Have basic IT skills
- Passionate about providing and delivering exceptional customer service
- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
- Basic Administration
