CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a mobile basis covering their commercial contracts across London and M25. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Maintenance Plumber currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £43,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Repairing Toilets and Sinks
- Unblocking Toilets
- Water Treatment
- Repairing pipework and leaks
- Minor installation works
- Flexible in helping other trades on-site
- Planned and reactive works
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Basic Salary of up to £43,000
- Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
- 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Tablet & Work Phone Provided
- Full company uniform
Requirements
- Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
- Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
- Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
