Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the efficient operation of the residential home in compliance with relevant legislation, procedures, and policies.
Provide support to staff in delivering high standards of care for our young residents.
Lead recruitment efforts, including vetting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
Contribute to a comprehensive training and development program for the team to meet the needs of the young people effectively.
Foster team longevity and organizational retention through effective support and management.
Collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams and commissioning authorities to meet the care needs of children and young people.
Liaise with regulatory organizations and uphold registration requirements and conditions.
Participate in an on-call system and undertake any other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

•Hold a Level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young people's services, or equivalent, or be willing to work towards it.
•Have senior-level experience in a Residential Children's home.
•Possess a full manual driving license.
•Commit to ongoing professional development to support the needs of our young people.
