We are looking for a Head Housekeeping Porter who will:
- Ensure an efficient operation on the shift, take responsibility for team briefings
- Focus on ensuring all stock controls in the pantries, including linen and cleaning material to the outlined stock levels on the floors
- Have the ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Supervise, mentor and develop the housekeeping porters
- Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience
- Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them
- Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members
