Location: Osbern Manor, 26-28 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham, Kent ME8 0SW
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £45000 to £50000 Per annum
Contract: Full-time
Shift: Days
What you will be doing:
- Work with our Managers providing the highest standards of service.
- Maintaining all records (including care plans, medication documentation).
- Lead and promote the best clinical practice across the home.
- To ensure relevant legislation and regulation is adhered to at all times.
- To support the Registered Manager with External Audit process to ensure the service is fully compliant.
- To be fully involved in recruitment and retention.
What you need:
- Qualified Nurse and relevant management experience (RN or RMN or RNLD and L4 or 5 leadership qualification).
- A valid NMC pin.
- Ability to self-motivate, work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.
- A caring nature and an intuitive sensitivity to the needs of others.
- Excellent communication skills.
