QUALITY ENGINEER

NORTH BRISTOL

Gi Pro are looking to recruit a Quality Engineer for a technologically advanced manufacturing company.

As part of their long-term commitment to quality and continued growth, they are looking to recruit an additional Quality Engineer.

THE ROLE:

As a Quality Engineer you will be required to:

  • Key member of the quality team
  • Manage NPI process efficiently
  • Check through documentation received and ensure they meet customer requirements
  • Utilise core quality and continuous improvement tools such as Ishikawa, Poka Yoke, Control Plans, SPC, Process Flows, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping etc
  • Employ Power BI to identify trends and optimise quality improvements
  • Conduct internal and external audits
  • Travel up to 10% locally and internationally

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Quality Engineer:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of DFMEA and PFMEA
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator across all levels
  • A dynamic personality with the attitude to always do better
  • The ability to work autonomously
