Summary

Job Role: Onsite Co-Ordinator
Reports to: Cluster Manager
Hours: 25 - 40 hours per week
Days :- Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend
Location: Halifax


Introduction & Job Purpose
Working on site at our client's food factory in Halifax you will manage the complete candidate experience from registration right through to shift allocation, making sure we retain our quality staff. You will need to build a strong relationship with the shift leaders and the agency colleagues in order to meet the clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Recruitment & Induction of new agency employees
  • Complete shift bookings
  • Checking attendance
  • Completing payroll, holiday bookings and other admin tasks
  • Complete floor walks to check H&S and hygiene procedures are being followed.


Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven..
  • Able to organise your own workload
  • Good understanding of Excel & Word (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships.
  • Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Flexible.
