Are you a dynamic and experienced professional ready to make an impact? Look no further! We're seeking a talented Change and Project Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex and strategic project across our vibrant Communities Division.

As our Project/Change Manager, you'll play a critical role in implementing Mitie's Communities Business Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Technical Assurance. Reporting directly to the Communities Chief Authorising Engineer (CAE), you'll establish the CoE, manage Safe Systems of Work (SSoW), and oversee broader audit and inspection programs, including Standard Operating Processes (SOP).

Your focus? Guiding employees through workplace changes and ensuring a seamless transition to the Communities-specific SSoW organization.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You'll work closely with stakeholders to align changes with our corporate strategic goals. Simultaneously, you'll maintain operational efficiency, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments.

Our ideal candidate will be educated to a degree level in business, management, engineering, or a related field that equips you for effective project navigation and have a proven track record of successful management of intricate projects in fast-paced environments.

You will understand the critical importance of quality, compliance, and safety in engineering projects, particularly within healthcare settings and be well versed in project management tools and techniques, fearlessly handling complexity and risks. Whether it's PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or change management (Prosci, ADKAR), your certifications validate your commitment to best practices.

Your ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships sets you apart and you have the ability to dissect problems, spot patterns, and make data-driven decisions. Efficiently meeting project objectives is your mission.
