Summary

We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join us as Admissions Convenor (Lecturer/Senior Lecturer) (0.2 FTE) within the Medical School. The primary purpose is to support our annual undergraduate admissions process for the MBChB and Gateway to Medicine programmes.

Your priorities will include:
  • Lead the annual undergraduate admissions process for MBChB and Gateway to Medicine
  • Run and continue to develop the School Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI) process
  • Represent the School of Medicine in recruitment and academic settings
Requirements for the role:
  • Minimum undergraduate degree in a related subject
  • Prior experience of written assessment, feedback and supervision
  • Knowledge of principles of assessment and admissions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
