Exciting new role to join our Clinical Director as a PBS and Wellbeing Coach.

This role is about extending our support offers of Active Support, PBS principles and implementing our 8 domain Wellbeing outcomes program.

You will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle due to the nature of the role. The role will have training, but you will need to be comfortable with coaching, role modelling, presenting or training key information to support teams.

You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life and have knowledge around PBS principles. You will need to be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate, self manging, organised and believe strongly in collaborative working. The role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh.

You will need to be adaptable, flexible, and be able to support our members of the service to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking. It's important to note that some of our people may self-harm, have anxiety or on occasion show behaviours of concern.
