Summary

Acorn by Synergie is looking for a Claims Advisor for their client in Truro. This is a full time permanent job offering a salary of £23,500+ per annum dependent on experience.

Are you an experienced professional with at least 12 months in insurance? Do you have experience in underwriting, broking, claims handling, damage limitation or credit hire?

If yes, you might just be our clients newest Claims Advisor!

As a Claims Advisor, you'll be responsible for processing all claims related to our clients, which includes reviewing and assessing claim documentation, settling and processing claims.

You will need to have:

* Extensive experience in the insurance industry
* Previous experience in underwriting, broking, claims handling, damage limitation or credit hire
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak with clients
* A good working knowledge of the Insurance industry and its regulations
* The ability to assess, manage and process claims in a timely manner

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accuracy are key, so you must have the ability to work under pressure and have an aptitude for problem-solving. Keeping up to date with industry regulations and best practice will also be essential.
