Summary
The Best Connection is currently looking for a Maintenance Electrician for our client based in Guildford. This is a 12 week Temp-Perm for the right candidate.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 0700-1630
Friday - 0700-1230
Pay: £14.00ph
Responsibilities of a Maintenance Electrician: To ensure the continuous running of the production process by eliminating downtime through a safe and logical approach to fault finding and maintenance of equipment. Youll be involved in a variety of engineering tasks, ensuring a proactive approach to preventing equipment failure. Working on various types of equipment including electrical/electronic control systems Youll be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive engineering activities on site. Requirements of a Maintenance Electrician: Apprentice-trained Engineer to NVQ Level 3 standard in Electrical Engineering along with the 18th Edition qualification (Desired) Good working knowledge of electrical engineering within a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment A flexible approach to varying work activities including production requirements Good understanding of current environmental and health and safety issues and knowledge of regulatory requirements A clear passion for engineering with a desire to learn and grow in the role If you are interested in this role please contact either Charley or Chloe in the Guildford branch or click the APPLY NOW button.
