Summary
The Best Connection is working with our client based in Houghton le Spring. They are a leading manufacturer and supplier of activated carbons, filter aids and innovative treatment systems. Due to ongoing investment they now require a number of Process Operators to join their busy team.
Duties will include: Performing routine tasks on production equipment Quality assurance and in-process testing Be proactive in troubleshooting production issues and working with colleagues to resolve issues swiftly Working in a busy production environment on a range of process tasks Hours of work: Working on a continental shift pattern: 3 on / 3 off, 8.00 - 8.00 Averaging 42 hour working week Rates of pay: Basic: £12.43 per hour plus shift allowance Shift Allowance: £1.88 per hour Overtime: £18.81 per hour The role is being offered on an ongoing temporary basis. There is an opportunity for these roles to become permanent for the right candidates.
