Summary
The Best Connection are currently seeking to recruit Refuse Collectors to join our clients growing team based in Petersfield, Hampshire.
Duties to include but not limited to: Manually removing household waste and recycling Disposing waste into the lorry Assisting a driver on their daily route in and around the Petersfield area Keeping the yard clean and tidy Working with a small team in an allocated area Adhering with health and safety regulations Dealing with members of the public Job requirements: Walking up to 15 miles per day Working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 20KG Good communication skills Hours of work are 0630 to 1500, Monday to Friday.
Pay rate of £11.44 per hour, weekly pay.
Following 12 continuous weeks, the rate will increase to £11.60 per hour. Please note, there is the opportunity to be offered a full time contract, following a successful trial period.
