Summary


Exciting opportunity in Pre Assessment for a Band 6 Nurse due to promotion of one of the current Band 6 Sisters.

We would like a full time 37.5 hours 6 Nurse to join the existing Band 6 & 7 nursing team to help with the future developments and continuing standardisation of the Pre Op clinics across site. Pre Op is changing nationally and we'd like you to come and join us to help with these changes. There is on offer an in-house Band 6 Development Programme which will give you the chance to extend/expand your clinical leadership and management skills. We encourage leadership courses to help with your career progression. This post will mainly be based at Firle Pre Op Clinic at Eastbourne Hospital but there will be some cover required over at Surgical Pre Assessment Clinic Conquest as needed.

To support the Unit Matron in maintaining efficient, effective, safe delivery of the pre assessment of patients, within an environment that promotes a responsive approach to changing Healthcare needs.
