Summary

About the role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team at Garngoch Bodyshop.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer care and build a genuine report with customers and recognise their wants and needs. You will communicate with the workshop and answer calls and queries from customers.

About you

Ideally, you will have experience of working within a customer facing environment with at least a basic knowledge of the automotive industry, be computer literate and able to work on one's own initiative as well as being able to work well within a team.

To be successful in this role you will be extremely organised, have high attention to detail and be a great team player.

A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
