Summary

We aren't one of the huge players in the gym and leisure club space... yet. So why would you want to work with us?

You will be part of a small, outstanding team that offers those at Assistant or Coordinator level to take that next step into a Supervisory role without having to jump through hurdles. Unless hurdle jumping is your thing, and as a Leisure Club Supervisor we know it may well be, as it goes without saying that you'll have a genuine interest in health & fitness!

What will I be responsible for as a Leisure Club Supervisor?

As clichéd as it sounds, as a Club Supervisor you'll love change, constantly wanting to find innovative ways to put a smile on your members' faces.

You'll empower your collagues, supporting the manager in leading the team with trust and ensuring that you all add a positive dimension to hotel guests stay. It could be as simple as seeing Lucas in the lobby with his two children and suggesting the use of our swimming pool as a means to cure their boredom (the tell-tale slump with their heads in their hands was a dead giveaway!). And you'll always keep one ear on the ground for what competitors are up to and constantly striving for outstanding with sales, talent retention and what's on offer.

Is this Leisure Club Suprvisor role right for me?

You will be motivated and confident with the ability to see how the details matter; making constant, small changes to make your club the best it can be. Most importantly though, you will love building rapport with your guests and understanding their motivations and offering support.

You may already be an established Leisure Supervisor, or a Leisure Assistant who is passionate about their own progression and is looking for that next step into a Supervisory role.
