Your new role

As Payroll Senior, you will be responsible for the end to end payroll processing and Auto Enrolment service for a range of clients. You will manage and process a full payroll and establish good working relationships with clients as well as keep up to date on legislation and industry changes. You will work collaboratively within the wider payroll team and maintain good working relationships through effective communication. You will also be required to actively seek to solve payroll related and customer service issues.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous payroll experience within an accountancy practice. You will need a strong knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations, including workplace pensions, and proven experience in MS Office, in particular Excel. An understanding of Sage 50 software and Bright Pay is desired. You will also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with individuals at all levels.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will be offered a competitive salary between £29,000 and £32,000 dependent on experience. You will have the option to have hybrid working pattern and work 2 days from home.
