Summary
Customer Service
Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm
This role is a busy role.
You will be responsible for answering in bounds calls and emails, in a busy call centre.
A certain resiliance required as there are a few compaints.
You will be fully trained on the in house system, and how to deal with certain calls.
Previous experience of dealing with customers a must and the ability to use the computer and emails.
This is a great entry level job also for the right person.
