Summary
We are looking for skilled production operatives to join a well established company based in Grantham on a permanent basis.
There roles that are available:
• Area controllers, Duties include: looking after a team of up to 30 people with responsibilities including monitoring manufacturing performance, team management and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and efficiently.
• Line Controllers, Duties include: ensuring that equipment is set up correctly and producing product as per the agreed standard and specification. This is a physical role including regular handling of materials up to 25Kg.
• Machine Operators/Mixing room, Duties include: responsible for decanting of ingredients into the designated weights and operating multiple machines to convert to a preparation stage for each recipe. This is a physical role including regular manual handling.
These roles are on a rotating shift pattern: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm rotating to Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm therefore flexibility is essential.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a production environment either operating machinery, running production lines or controlling areas and staff.
