De-Brief/Warehouse Operative
Menzies Distribution has an excellent opportunity for a De-Brief/Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Bristol.
THE DETAILS:
• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday / 13:30pm - 22:00pm
• Salary: £24,960 per annum
• Location: Greensplot, Chittening Estate, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 0YB
• This role is split through the day half doing De-Briefing and half assisting the parcel sortation team in the warehouse.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Debrief drivers on delivery system & face to face helping to maintain our high standards and communicate instructions/process changes effectively
• Sorting parcels to support operational process and relabelling
• Sorting parcels manually or operating machinery
• General warehouse duties
• Loading and unloading
WHAT YOU NEED:
• Be a good communicator, have good attention to detail, and be willing to assist in all areas of the business when required
• Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Computer literate - Microsoft Excel/Teams/Word
• An ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working to strict deadlines
