Summary
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Newham to assist with the appointment of a Social Care Officer, on a 2-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £15.00 - £18.50 per Hour
Responsibilities:
The post is for a Social Care Officer who will be completing Face to Face Care Act Assessments in the community , drawing up Support Plans where it is identfied that the resident has care and support needs and completing initial reviews of the service provided .
Qualifications:
This is an unqualified social work position and the candidate must have 2 years plus experience of working in the field .

You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
You should have right to work in U.K
This role requires an enhanced DBS
