Shift Options:
Early Shift: Monday to Thursday 6am – 2pm, Friday 6am – 11am
Back Shift: Monday to Thursday 2pm – 10pm, Friday 11am – 4pm
Salary: Competitive with 33% shift premium (early/back shift)

Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd, on behalf of our partner, is seeking a CNC Turner to join a leading manufacturer of precision components serving a global customer base across various industries. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components with tight tolerances, demonstrating expertise in CNC turning machinery operation and programming.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate manual and CNC turning machinery to conduct internal and external turning of components according to engineering drawings
Use inspection equipment to ensure adherence to size, tolerances, and surface finishes
Interpret engineering drawings and extract the correct data to meet customer demands
Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure efficient production processes
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
Time-served Turner or Miller with recent CNC experience
Experience programming and operating CNC turning or milling machines
Knowledge of Fanuc programming language preferred
Self-motivated with attention to detail and effective communication skills
Customer service experience with excellent people skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Must live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK
