Summary

Humankind are currently recruiting for a Drug Strategy Data Analyst to join us on a Full time, Permanent basis.
Remote Working - Full Time

The role's purpose is to support the drug strategy by providing performance reporting on key metrics such as numbers in treatment, continuity of care, unmet need and deaths. As well as optimising systems to ensure effective client treatment, with a key focus on drug strategy metrics.
This position is stated as remote however, you will be expected to travel to any of our services across the UK to deliver and present new data that supports the strategy. Admin work can be done from the comfort of your own home. Due to the nature and continuous travel of this role we do require all applicants to hold a Valid UK Driving Licence.

Duties include but not limited to:
Provide performance reporting and analysis of OHID drug strategy measures including numbers in treatment, continuity of care, unmet need and deaths.
Support the implementation of reporting within PowerBI, allowing greater insight into drug strategy reporting metrics.
Support the role out of pathway improvements such as the treatment access pathway and online referrals.
Data lead for implementing systems changes that directly affect the drug strategy.
Work with the wider data team to support improvement of service performance.
Attend meetings across the business to present data relating to the drug strategy metrics.
The Person:
Experienced working with Case Management Systems
Experienced working with PowerBI
Experience within the Drug and Alcohol sector would be adventurous
Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
