Summary

VGC Energy part of VGC Group Limited are delighted to be recruiting for a Painting Supervisor for a role at a Nuclear Power Station in Suffolk.

The ideal candidate will be ICATS and or NACE Inspection qualified and have experience of working within regulated industrial sites.

Job Description
Your role will consist of but will not be restricted to:
Able to work with all levels of personnel.
Supervising of a team of Industrial Painters
Reviewing Work Management Plans, Scope of Works, resource allocation, management of Materials and Equipment.
Performing visual inspections ensuring all work scope is carried out to the highest level of satisfaction, according to budget and timelines.
Be familiar with all codes of practice regarding industrial painting and have first class attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Candidate Specification
Qualified to NACE Level 1 or 2 Coating Inspector and or hold ICATS Certificate
City and Guilds/ L2 Decorative finishing and industrial painting
Abrasive wheel training
IOSH Managing Safely
CITB
SSSTS

Whats on offer:
Permanent position
Full time hours Monday to Friday – 37.50 per week
Salary £42k per annum plus availability of Overtime
