The Role - Cleaning Supervisor - Monday – Friday - 8:00am – 4:00pm and Alternate Weekends – 8:00am – 12:00pm

Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of cleaners based in Wandsworth. This is a working supervisor role so the suitable applicant would be overseeing the other cleaners whilst also cleaning their own areas.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

• Managing the core functions of the Contract Cleaning and annual Deep Cleaning
• Performance management and development of the Cleaning Team Leaders and Operatives
• Management of the areas covered by the contract through formulation and implementation of a clear cleaning programme, ensuring that the cleaning specification requirements are understood and that they are maintained to the level required by the contract, ensuring client satisfaction
• Flexibility to ensure that formal rectification or ad-hoc cleaning issues are picked up and can be responded to and managed in a timely manner in line with the contract specification
• Management of the Mobile and Static Cleaning Team’s to ensure completion of cleaning tasks in line with the contract specification to the required standard and timescales
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements including Health & Safety
• Ensure that equipment is used safely and maintained to the required standard by the Cleaning Team’s and that it is repaired appropriately as and when required
