Are you an experienced practitioner who could provide learning support to students presenting with learning difficulties, disabilities or a challenging background, or those with neurodiverse profiles, all with amazing talents and their dreams to fulfil?

Are you keen to join a group of warm and friendly colleagues based at our Walton Hall, Warrington campus.

You may have experience working with young people in an educational, caring or youth work setting…

You may have a passion for the outdoors, and the knowledge and skills to help students to gain qualifications in an amazing range of courses . Myerscough offers courses including: Equine Studies , Horticulture, Animal Care, Engineering, Arboriculture, Sports Studies , Green Space and Foundation Learning.

You may have particular expertise in supporting literacy and numeracy or working with young people who need extra help to develop basic skills…You may be able to build the skills and self- belief that enable a young person to successfully enter the world of work.

Currently these are term time only roles, although the College is keen to establish more permanent roles in the future. We are on a drive to ensure excellence in support practices and to offer more specialist roles to meet the needs and aspirations of our growing numbers of learners with SEND and neurodiverse profiles.

This post could well be an opportunity to try out a new career or share some well-honed transferable skills to help inspire local young people. You would be joining the college at a time of exciting change!
