The Role:
Starting in September 2024, the Headteacher is looking for an innovative and energetic SEN Teacher to join their brilliant team. The role involves running a class for children with complex communication needs in EYFS. The role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about inclusive education and who has experience working with SEN pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for Early Years children with SEN.
• Develop individualised educational plans to address the unique needs of each child.
• Collaborate with parents, support staff, and external specialists to provide comprehensive support.
• Monitor and assess progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Foster a love for learning and promote independence in every child.
