We are looking for a confidentSupport Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working 32 hours a week,4 (8 hour day) shifts per week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at our North West Supported Living Services. For this role you will need to drive, and have your own vehicle as you will be a Team Leader at all of our services including: Boden Street, Warrington Road,Townfield Avenue,Kingsway South andRydal Avenue Supported Living is an important step towards independence. Your day-to-day Supporting the regional manager, management team and team members in the day-to-day running of the service Responsible for supervising a team of senior support workers which is currently x3 full time Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Support with an on call rota for out of hours support Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required Safeguard Maintain a safe & clean environment for all Why Cygnet?
